Track @ 60:00 .. having spoken to Theo @ Plastic People last month he told me it is a Rick Wilhite thing feat. Bill Beaver, which if you have got or have heard stilove4music 022 rings true. Not sure if he said it is coming out on Ricks forth coming LP or a stilove4music.
